My name is Tim Ketelaars and I am super excited to start at Kop of Munt!

I come from Oostzaan and have always had a passion for both sports and economics. I started as a tax return employee for IB/VPB at the office in Amsterdam.

I am studying Fiscal Economics at the University of Amsterdam. Due to my top sports career, I am spreading my bachelor's degree over four years instead of the usual three. I am now in my third year and am well on my way to finishing this year.

Water polo plays a big role in my life; I have been part of the Dutch youth national team (Jong Oranje) throughout my youth and currently play in the Eredivisie with reigning national champion ZV De Zaan. Additionally, I have been coaching the U18 and Men's 2 teams for three years, where I have learned a lot about teamwork, leadership, and analytical thinking – skills that I also like to apply in my work.

Besides work and study, I am a social and solution-oriented person who likes to take responsibility. I love a dynamic work environment and find it important to keep developing myself. Furthermore, I enjoy humor in the workplace and am always up for a good conversation or a fun challenge.
