Minimum hourly wage to €14.40 as of July 1, 2025

The amounts of the Minimum Wage and Minimum Holiday Allowance Act are adjusted semi-annually. As of July 1, 2025, the minimum hourly wage for someone aged 21 or older will be €14.40. For those under 21, amounts derived from the statutory minimum hourly wage apply.
