Decision by the Amsterdam Court

In recent months, there has been media attention surrounding the founder of Kop of Munt, Pieter Vos. After leaving our firm, he started a software company, which he later sold to an investment firm. Yesterday, the Amsterdam court issued a ruling on this share transaction. Vos must pay damages to the investment firm.
